By accessing or using PGLister (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

PGLister is intended to be a trustworthy and transparent marketplace, and all users are expected to engage responsibly and in good faith.

2About PGLister

PGLister is an online marketplace that enables PG owners and co-living operators to list their properties, and tenants to discover, compare, and book PG accommodations. PGLister does not own, operate, or manage any of the PG properties listed on the Platform.

While PGLister facilitates online bookings and payments, the actual accommodation relationship is between the PG owner and the tenant. PGLister acts as a technology platform to connect both parties.

3Account Responsibility

  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.
  • You agree not to misuse the Platform or allow unauthorized access to your account.
  • PG owners are responsible for the accuracy of their property listings, including pricing, amenities, photos, and availability.

4User Conduct and Prohibited Content

To keep the Platform safe and reliable, users agree not to post or engage in:

  • Fraudulent, misleading, or inaccurate property listings
  • Harassment, hate speech, threats, or abusive behavior
  • Spam, unsolicited advertising, or promotional content
  • Impersonation or misrepresentation of identity
  • Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

PGLister reserves the right to remove listings, restrict access, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5Bookings and Listings

  • PG owners must have the legal right to list and offer the property for rent.
  • Listings must be accurate, complete, and not misleading. Photos, pricing, and amenities should reflect the actual property.
  • Tenants are responsible for reviewing listing details carefully before making a booking or enquiry.
  • Tenants are strongly advised to visit the property in person before finalizing any booking.

6Payments

PGLister may facilitate online payments for booking deposits and rent through third-party payment processors. All payment processing is handled securely, and PGLister does not store your full payment card details.

Refund and cancellation policies are determined by the individual PG owner and are displayed on the property listing page. PGLister is not liable for disputes arising from refund or cancellation claims.

7Safety Disclaimer

PGLister encourages users to follow safe practices, including visiting properties in person before booking, verifying the identity of the PG owner, and avoiding sharing sensitive personal or financial information through the Platform. Users are solely responsible for their interactions and decisions.

8Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PGLister shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

PGLister does not guarantee the accuracy of property listings, the quality of accommodations, the conduct of PG owners or tenants, or the outcome of any transaction facilitated through the Platform.

9Account Suspension and Termination

PGLister may suspend or terminate accounts, remove property listings, or restrict access at its discretion if users violate these Terms or engage in behavior that harms the Platform or its community. Users will be notified of any such action where reasonably practicable.

10Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
